Broken Appointments Policy

Broken appointments are costly to our practice and unfair to other clients. To reduce the incidence of broken appointments, we now reserve the right to charge a broken appointment fee (currently $120per hour) if minimum 24h notice is not given. To enable us to do so, we require credit card details as security on reservations for all new clients. For all existing clients, a broken appointment fee will be charged to their account, payable within 7 days.

To give you a chance to update us on any changes in your schedule, we can also remind you of your appointments via sms, a few days ahead, in addition to the reminders one day before. Please let us know if you are interested in this service during your next visit with us.
